  12.   prompt. Create a file (any file) called DONTASK4.RIP in your \PONYROM dir
  13.   and it will not ask the user if they can support RIP. Especially useful
  14.   for Wildcat! 3.9 (or greater), because it will get RIP info out of DOOR.SYS
  15.   Create this file so your non-rip users won't be asked for RIP. (WC! 3.9).
  16.   It will not read this file, so it doesn't matter what is in it. It just 
  17.   needs to exist to turn off the asking prompt (and RIP).
